We believe in backing filmmakers who deliver bold, original work — especially when they’ve already done the hard part: finishing the film.
That’s why we created Circuit Breaker, a unique program where KEVINLMARTIN.COM Productions co-funds the official festival run of select short films we believe in. If your short is complete, recent, and hasn’t yet hit the circuit — or nearing the end of post — we may help push it into top-tier festivals and maximize its exposure.

This is a production company-curated festival run.
Any submissions or fees outside of the agreed-upon slate are the responsibility of the filmmaker.
KEVINLMARTIN.COM Productions is not obligated to cover the cost of any additional festivals outside the strategy we build together. If you’d like to submit to other festivals not included in our campaign, we fully support that — but those costs are on you.
We don’t take ownership. We don’t take credit. We just help get it seen , the right way
Eligibility Criteria

Films must be fully completed (in post-production or finished) — no projects currently in active production will be considered.

The short film must have been completed within the last 18 months.

It must not already be in an active festival run.

Exceptions can be made for films that have only screened at one or two festivals, provided:

They do not have exclusivity restrictions, and
-
Premiere status has not yet been locked in
